Refund Policy

At Payapa Massage, our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are applicable only for services that have been paid for but not rendered.
    • Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been provided.
    • Gift certificates or prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior approval.
  • Requesting a Refund:
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 2 days from the date of service.
    • Provide your name, contact information, date of service, and details of the service for which you are requesting a refund.
    • Any requests made after the specified time frame may not be considered.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
    • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exceptions:
    • Refunds for services provided may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to managerial approval.

Cancellation Policy

At Payapa Massage, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients’ scheduling needs. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and fairness to both our clients and therapists, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

  1. Cancellation Notice:

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

  1. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

 

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice or clients who fail to show up for their appointment (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

  1. Cancellation Fee:

 

A cancellation fee may be applied to appointments canceled without sufficient notice or for no-shows. The amount of the cancellation fee may vary depending on the type of service and the duration of the appointment.

 

  1. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

 

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email info@payapamassage.com. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation or request to reschedule.

  1. Refunds:

 

Cancellation fees are non-refundable. If you have already paid for your appointment and are unable to reschedule, you may not be eligible for a refund of any prepaid fees.

 

  1. Repeat Offenders:

 

Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments without sufficient notice or fail to show up for their appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be restricted from booking appointments in advance.

 

  1. Rescheduling:

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on therapist availability.
